ready to be recycled. These vehicles still have some value
and could still be put to good use for a good price.

(The Below Market Value vehicles are usually in great working
order but are being sold for reasons other than problems with
the vehicle itself. These motivated sellers will usually sell
for a fraction of the vehicles wholesale value)
www.ScrapMyJunkCar.com is visited by thousands of Vehicle
Dealers and Retail users who are currently seeking a vehicle. We
list all vehicles for a period of 2 weeks (14 days) at a
"starting bid" and take bids on the vehicle. The highest bid
wins.
All vehicles to be listed on
www.ScrapMyJunkCar.com
will be inspected by one of our representatives who will require
a full summary of the vehicle and a current and valid Vehicle Package from the
Ministry of Transportation indicating accurate information and
that the vehicle to be listed is free and clear of all liens and
accident history (unless otherwise stated). We also require full
contact information as well as a valid credit card for our
records. Upon successful auction of your vehicle, ScrapMyJunkCar
will be issuing payment for the value of the vehicle less the
Auction Fee's within 5 Business days via Certified Cheque.
Although it is FREE to bid on a vehicle, we will require full
contact information and a valid credit card from the Bidder,
this information will be kept in confidence unless the bidder in
question wins the auction then both the information of the
bidder and seller are exchanged. Once a buyer wins an action
full payment must be made to

for the amount of the top bid within 2 business days either by
Certified Cheque, Cash, Money Order, or any Major Credit Card.
The vehicle will then be towed to you with the key's and
ownership.
Unless otherwise agreed to by
ScrapMyJunkCar in writing, seller agrees that ScrapMyJunkCar
will be the sole venue for each listed asset for the term of the
listing online or otherwise. Seller may not duplicate any listed
asset on any other online site or through any offline sales
method. If a Buyer makes an offer outside of the ScrapMyJunkCar
venue, it is the seller’s obligation to have that Bidder
register and have that bid submitted on the ScrapMyJunkCar site
for the asset in question. Once an asset is listed on the site,
if a seller sells the asset outside the ScrapMyJunkCars venue,
then ScrapMyJunkCar shall be entitled to receive the full
commission that it would have received if the asset were sold on
the site.
